Job summary

Educology Solutions is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst in Washington, DC to lead QNXT configurations across Contracts, Benefits, and Payment Methodologies. The role requires heavy SQL work, relational database knowledge, and Medicaid/MMIS experience to support complex data and claims processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring in QNXT with contracts, benefits and payment methods.
• Deep understanding of relational databases and schemas.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience with Medicaid/MMIS systems and ADR/claims processing.
• Familiarity with RTMs and traceability for requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the implementation team to analyze and document client requirements and processes.
• Construct configuration deliverables that reflect client needs.
• Research and define solutions for new configurations, legislation, or client rules.
• Create and present proof of concept tests or results for new business processes.

Configuration Analyst - Senior

PLEASE NOTE: MUST LIVE IN WASHINGTON DC PROPER TO BE CONSIDERED

Duties & Responsibilities

• Very proficient (at least 5 years’ experience) configuring in QNXT (Focus on the following areas: Contracts, Benefits, Fee Schedules/Different Payment Methodologies, Capitation, Rules, Successful Data Points for X12 Transactions, CARCs/RARCs).
• Thorough understanding of relational database concepts and schemas.
• Competent writing complex SQL queries for data analysis.

Additional Required Skills

• Experience working with Medicaid/MMIS systems. Preferred experience includes DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) and operation & maintenance phase.
• Experience processing Medicaid claims & encounters and ability to troubleshoot adjudication results.
• Experience with Requirement Traceability Matrices.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience working with HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Analyzes client requests for proposals and applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues.
• Adheres to and supports Configuration team approach and other configuration principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Works closely with the implementation team to analyze and document client's business requirements and processes. Communicates these requirements by constructing configuration deliverables.
• Researches and defines solutions for new configuration, legislation, or client rules.
• Creates and presents solution, proof of concept, or testing results to customer for new business processes or outcome requests.
• Completes configuration within schedule timelines and configuration best practices.
