Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and communicate compensation programs that align with talent strategy and business goals. You will lead market pricing, maintain job architecture, and drive pay equity analytics while partnering with Legal, HR Ops, and Compliance to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

You will also develop executive-ready dashboards, support incentive design, and present recommendations to HRBPs, Finance, and leaders, balancing

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of progressive compensation analysis experience, hospitality/restaurant/multi-unit preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills: nested formulas, dynamic arrays, INDEX/MATCH/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, scenario modeling, data validation.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey data and market pricing best practices.
  • Experience with governance, policy development, and pay transparency readiness.
  • Ability to present compensation philosophy and analyses to senior stakeholders with clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market pricing for new and existing roles using reputable survey sources to create defensible pay ranges.
  • Maintain job architecture alignment (levels, career paths, job families) and map roles to survey benchmarks.
  • Conduct ad hoc market assessments for hard-to-fill roles and geographic differentials.
  • Partner with Legal/HR Ops/Compliance to ensure FLSA and local regulatory requirements are met.
  • Design and refresh base, bonus, and sales incentive programs with data-driven recommendations.
  • Own compensation calendar deliverables: merit, promotions, market adjustments, and bonus planning.
