  • Cultivate relationships with key media while maintaining a strong understanding of the external landscape, including media coverage, competitor activity and industry trends, leveraging those insights to inform communication planning, messaging and reputation management
  • Ensure leadership alignment by developing materials that provide the context, messaging and resources needed to confidently communicate business initiatives, organizational changes and strategic priorities consistently throughout the organization
  • Track and measure communication effectiveness using established metrics and insights, providing recommendations to continuously improve engagement, reach and impact
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, serving as a trusted communications advisor and providing strategic counsel that helps teams communicate with clarity, consistency and impact
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Global Communications team to develop and execute integrated communications that support enterprise priorities and drive consistency of messaging
What we value

  • Well-rounded communicator who effectively interacts with media, manages external partnerships and relates to all levels of an organization, from the shop floor to the C-suite
  • Builds trust and credibility by handling sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion and care
  • Balances strategic thinking with tactical execution; effectively utilizes agency support while demonstrating a strong ability to deliver independently
  • Proficient in prioritization, planning and coordination of competing priorities in line with the overall company strategy
  • Commitment to timeliness, accuracy and efficiency
  • Curiosity, drive for continuous improvement and a desire to embrace AI and emerging communications technologies
  • Clear attention to detail, including spelling, grammar and context
  • Strong verbal, writing, research and project management skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including OneDrive, SharePoint and CoPilot)
