Senior Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator
Location: Bothell, WA (On-site position)

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator to join our established union contractor team. This dual role combines hands‑on project management with estimating responsibilities for large‑scale commercial drywall projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of specific experience in commercial drywall project management and estimation
- Expert proficiency in On‑Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software (required)
- Current experience working for a Commercial Drywall Subcontractor
- Track record managing commercial projects valued at $1MM+
- Strong understanding of union practices and procedures
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Technical Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in metal framing, drywall systems, and acoustical assemblies
- Expert‑level blueprint reading and specification interpretation
- Experience with fire‑rated assemblies and specialty finishes
- Proven expertise in multi‑phase, complex commercial projects
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple commercial drywall projects simultaneously
- Manage union crews and coordinate with other trades
- Ensure project completion within budget and timeline
- Monitor quality control and safety compliance
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and clients
Estimating:
- Perform detailed takeoffs using On‑Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
- Calculate accurate material quantities and labor hours
- Develop comprehensive bid proposals
- Analyze costs and prepare change orders
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Required Skills:
- Excellence in project financial management and cost control
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Detail‑oriented with analytical mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
Education:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience
