Job description




Continue your journey as a Senior CNC Machinist at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll be part of our Machine Shop performing set-ups, modifying, and creating programs, and operating various types of Swiss Machines. In this position you will train other Machinists, provide leadership to inexperienced machinists, and your ability to produce high-quality products on a timely basis to meet customer requirements will drive your success. Our team is proud of their contributions, making high tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are You Looking to


  • Perform complex setups from programs on multiple machine types to ensure that completed parts conform to print and process specifications.

  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to assist and act as a technical resource for other machinists and mentor NIMS Apprentice Students.

  • Trouble shoot issues with setups and tooling, change setup sheets as required and make changes to the machining process to reduce cycle times and improve quality.

Are You Ready to


  • Determine program edits and trouble shoot, reason, and understand program and part requirements to adjust speeds and feeds in order to machine parts properly and efficiently.

  • Sharpen, grind, and modify tooling, and accurately inspect finished parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, and calipers.

  • Adjustment machine off-sets to achieve required tolerances.

  • Maintain adherence to production schedules and ensure quality inspections are completed in accordance with established procedures.

What You'll Need


  • AAS degree or Diploma in Computer Integrated Manufacturing or related discipline

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Swiss Machining environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
