Job summary

Careeroza is seeking a cloud migration specialist to lead the transition of applications and databases to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will plan cutover sequencing to minimize downtime and protect data integrity, while designing secure landing zones and reusable IaC scripts to provision environments.

Your role includes building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, OCI DevOps) to automate deployments and maintain repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure across workloads.

Role Summary

What success looks like in this role: Lead migration of application and database servers to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), planning cutover sequencing to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity. Design and implement OCI landing-zone architecture, including compute, storage, networking, and security (IAM, VCNs, security lists/NSGs), aligned to best practices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, OCI DevOps) for automated build, test, and deployment of application workloads. Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OCI Resource Manager) for repeatable, version-controlled provisioning of environments.
