The role involves developing and maintaining cloud solutions on AWS, mentoring junior team members, and solving complex technical issues. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in Python, AWS services, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite work.

Job description

Location : Malvern, PA -- Hybrid - 3/days onsite

Must-haves:

• 5-8 years experience.
• Senior Cloud Developer Experience w/AI coding assistants
• Cloud Expertise (AWS): Hands-on experience with core AWS services:
• Storage: S3, EBS, EFS, FSx (plus Transfer Family, Storage Gateway, DataSync is a bonus)
• Compute: EC2, Lambda (with Python/Boto3)
• Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation
• Security: IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager
• Networking: Route53, VPC
• Messaging: SNS/SQS
• Programming/Scripting: Strong Python skills, knowledge of JSON and YAML for configurations.
• Development Tools: Bitbucket/GitHub for version control.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Able to diagnose complex issues and explain solutions clearly to technical and non-technical people.
• Mentorship: Guide junior team members and foster best practices.
