Job summary

Zifo is seeking a data analytics platform lead in California to oversee enterprise platforms (Posit, Tableau Cloud, Spotfire). You will engage with clinical and commercial stakeholders, drive platform roadmaps, and coordinate offshore and in-house teams within a regulated environment.

Lead Agile ceremonies, maintain backlogs in Aha! and Jira, and ensure platform health, adoption, and governance. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics platforms, cloud platforms, or technology delivery roles.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare.
• Hands-on familiarity with Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, Kubernetes and cloud-based platform operations.
• Experience operating in Agile delivery environments using Aha! and Jira.
• Understanding of SDLC, platform operations, and support models.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation, change control, and compliance processes.
• Experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and operation of enterprise Data Analytics Platforms including Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
• Interface between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, offshore teams, CloudOps, and QA.
• Drive platform enhancements, onboarding, support, and adoption using Agile delivery.
• work with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to translate requirements into platform improvements.
• Demonstrate proactive communication to drive decisions and resolve issues across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure platform services are delivered within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to manage platform roadmaps.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and communicate progress.
• Drive discussions, align stakeholders, and resolve delivery and operational challenges.
• Coordinate offshore teams to deliver enhancements and support.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, release planning.
• Maintain platform backlogs using Aha! and Jira.
• Coordinate with CloudOps, Infrastructure, Security, and QA to remove blockers and resolve issues.
• Monitor platform health, usage, adoption, and service delivery metrics.
• Support governance, onboarding, access management, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, audit, and quality processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and user experience.
• Communicate with technical and business teams at all levels to achieve outcomes.

Job description

• Lead the delivery and operation of enterprise Data Analytics Platforms including Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, offshore development teams, CloudOps, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics platforms, cloud platforms, or technology delivery roles.
• Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare organizations.
• Hands-on familiarity with Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire platforms.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, Kubernetes and cloud-based platform operations.
