POSITION TITLE: Sr. Clinical Study Analyst
LOCATION: Cambridge, MA (hybrid) OR U.S. remote

This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

TriNetX connects healthcare organizations and researchers across the globe so they can see what's happening in real patient populations-not guesses, not simulations.

Our aim is simple and ambitious: Provide a clear path to trustworthy answers, whether your goal is to create promising new therapies, publish groundbreaking research, or improve health outcomes.

We keep identifiable data where it belongs- inside more than 11,000+ clinical sites across 20+ countries-preserving security, provenance, and granularity. Our trusted partnerships with providers ensure high-fidelity data, and a properly governed linkage back to individual patients.

At TriNetX, we enable life sciences, healthcare, and academic institutions to strengthen human health-with data you can trace, evidence you can defend, and answers you can trust.

Who We Are Looking For:

The Sr. Clinical Study Analyst will need to draw upon their extensive expertise across the areas of clinical research and clinical trial design and execution to help our customers meet their goals. This role will support and educate users in a consultative manner, ultimately creating self-sufficient users of our platform and driving product adoption in the process. The ideal candidate is someone willing to learn our platform, data, and tools while utilizing existing clinical information and skills to discover new approaches in solving challenging matters.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Independently translate eligibility criteria and query for patient cohorts using TriNetX LIVE™
  • Apply standard coding schemes (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, etc.) to define patient cohorts based on provided criteria
  • Deeply understand nuances of clinical trial eligibility criteria and represent them using available clinical data sources
  • Lead live demos and training sessions to existing and prospective users of TriNetX LIVE™ with minimal oversight
  • Serve as primary contact for pharma, biotech, CRO, and healthcare organization clients to identify, analyze and interpret data relevant to clinical questions and needs, and provide consultative assistance via written, oral, or in-person presentation methods
  • Handle a high volume and complexity of daily questions from pharma and healthcare organization users regarding platform and analytic capabilities
  • Manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements using effective workload management and prioritization capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Feasibility & Analytics team and other Client Delivery staff on project evaluations, disease/study reports, and presentations
  • Document and elevate feedback on product usability and potential new features to senior team members
  • Support the sales and training processes of TriNetX on both the healthcare organization and sponsor (pharma/CRO) user ends of the platform
  • Participate in and lead team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build expertise in real-world evidence and clinical operations
  • Contribute to scientific publications and external conference presentations
  • Mentor newer Analysts and junior team members, providing technical and professional guidance
  • Track task statuses against specified timelines
  • Assure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality of information
  • Review professional journals and publications to help solve complex research questions and keep informed of current trends
What You Bring to TriNetX:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical research, clinical trial design or execution, feasibility, or patient recruitment, preferably in a pharma/CRO setting
  • Demonstrated experience working with patient data including clinical information systems, EMR, claims, etc.
  • Familiarity with clinical data coding systems and/or computer-based clinical search tools and data analytics
  • Strong research skills and the ability to locate and synthesize clinical information
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; experience presenting to external clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage workload to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
