Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive value realization for its storage and SaaS customers in the United States. You will manage key client relationships, lead onboarding, configure accounts with precision, and align product capabilities with client goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage CRM for health tracking, and guide initiatives for renewals and adoption. With 7+ years in client success or account management in SaaS or storage, you’ll excel at

Job description

The Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) at Storable leverages industry expertise and in-depth knowledge of storage solutions to connect Client business objectives with the functional capabilities of Storable’s products. This role is responsible for ensuring that Clients experiencing challenges with value realization receive the support necessary to achieve their desired outcomes and improve their overall experience with Storable’s suite of solutions. Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value.

Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.

Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation.

Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals.

Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.

Communicate overall Client health and escape at-risk accounts when necessary.

Proficient in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).

Strong Client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building.

Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.

Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.

Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.

7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.

Project management experience, with the ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.

Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.

Ability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, presentations, and meetings.

Bonus Opportunity

In addition to base salary, there is opportunity for up to 10% bonus.
