Job summary

MERGE is seeking a Sr. Client Finance Analyst to drive financial performance for client accounts and collaborate with Client Services and Operations on forecasts, revenue recognition, and profitability.

You will build models, review SOWs, monitor revenue, and deliver monthly to annual forecasts, working cross-functionally with teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally within a professional services or client-facing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred, and/ or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Netsuite ERP & SPP background a plus.
  • Familiarity using financial reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, client profitability and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Solid organizational skills

  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts at the client level

As our Sr. Client Finance Analyst, you will...

Play a critical role driving financial performance and supporting client teams by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations. This role partners closely with Client Service and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, revenue recognition and profitability management.

What You'll Do

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
