Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) seeks a Senior Client Advocate to manage strategic client relationships and lead casualty placement for complex programs. You will design risk transfer strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and drive negotiations with clients and markets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive P&C experience, strong communication, and proven leadership in multi-stakeholder environments, with travel as needed. Hybrid work options supported.

Qualifications

  • Targeted 8-10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role with industry knowledge in Construction.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance renewal end-to-end process steps and owners.
  • Experience with management and technical oversight of Large MBR programs and complex property schedules.
  • Able to apply knowledge of coverage forms in program design and identify coverage gaps.
  • Able to leverage relationships to bring WTW resources to client needs and drive conflict resolution.
  • Able to interpret, analyze and present models.
  • Negotiation skills to close complex deals and drive consensus.
  • Knowledge of client strategy, tactics, and solutions in the market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to drive technical conversations.
  • Advocates for change, leads key work areas, and provides clear guidance.
  • Excellent end-to-end project management for large/ambiguous projects.
  • Insurance P&C License required.
  • Travel required.

The Senior Client Advocate provides strategic relationship management and placement, taking advantage of our specialized industry experience and unparalleled market know-how, to craft strategies for clients to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk. The Requirements
  • Targeted 8-10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role with industry knowledge in Construction

  • Negotiation Skills: able to develop innovative and creative solutions to do complex deals, drive consensus across internal and external stakeholders to close deals.

  • Knowledge of strategy, tactics, and solutions for the client, and/or in the marketplace.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; group presentation skills, ability to drive complex/technical conversations.

  • Effectively advocates for change. Provides encouragement, takes control of team projects, leads key work areas, collaborates with others, and provides clear guidance to ensure others fulfill roles effectively.

  • Excellent project management skills including end-to-end oversight of large, complex, ambiguous, or multi-dimensional projects.

  • Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Insurance P&C License required.

  • Travel required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $250,000-$350,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
