We are seeking a highly motivated Investigational Pharmacy Technician to join our Investigational Drug Services (IDS) team. In this specialized role, you will contribute directly to innovative pediatric clinical trials, ensuring the safe, accurate, and compliant management of investigational medications. You will collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, study teams, monitors, and sponsors. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who thrives in a structured, fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about clinical research, innovation, and patient safety. As an integral member of Investigational Drug Services (IDS) team and under the direct supervision of Clinical Pharmacist Specialists-Investigational Studies, the responsibilities of the Investigational Pharmacy Technician include: managing Investigational Product (IP) inventory; performing investigational product distribution activities when required; maintaining information and assisting in the record keeping related to clinical trials required by the study protocols, sponsors and regulatory agencies; preparing investigational products in accordance with protocols and established procedures; maintaining the clinical investigational work areas in a clean and orderly manner; performing workload measurement support functions; performing training/educational functions; performing cross-functional and other duties and responsibilities consistent with the job classification.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $22.00 - $38.50 per hour for the role of Sr Certified Pharmacy Technician.
