Sodexo Live! is seeking a Sr. Catering Sales Manager for the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, FL. You will drive premium catering sales, design inventive packages, and manage high-value client relationships to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will lead tastings and presentations, collaborate with culinary and operations teams, and mentor junior managers while aligning proposals with market demand and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of catering sales experience, including management of complex or high-value accounts.
• Proven success in driving food and beverage sales in a large-scale operation.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze profitability and contribute to forecasting.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead tastings, present menus, and influence client decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
