What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Perform outbound calls to obtain appropriate information and document accurately
  2. Answer inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
  3. Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and coverage eligibility
  4. Assist patients with the enrollment process for copay assistance programs
  5. Maintain quality results by adhering to program standards and guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  2. Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, insurance verification, or similar medical office experience
  3. Previous data entry experience (minimum three months) with a typing speed of 30 wpm or more
  4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Previous experience in Patient Support Services (Hub)
  2. Previous customer service experience in the healthcare field
  3. Bilingual proficiency
