Key Responsibilities
  • Execute effective procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
  • Purchase and research products and services according to jobs
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate with the Accounting and Operations team to forecast demand, ensure accurate counts of inventory and manage supply chain logistics
  • Reconcile and update systems for inventory and credit cards
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers that are mutually beneficial for both parties
  • Negotiate terms to secure the best possible deals
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Follow measures to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings to senior management
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to purchasing and supply chain initiatives
Qualifications
