The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst for the Treasury Debt Management System (TDMS) line. You will bridge business stakeholders, product owners, engineering, and operations to translate complex needs into actionable system requirements.
You will create comprehensive documentation, refine backlog with the product owner, and support agile ceremonies while troubleshooting production issues and assisting end users in a hybrid environment.

Treasury Support is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst for the Treasury Debt Management System (TDMS) business line. Reporting to a Treasury Product Manager, you will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and operations. You will analyze complex business needs, translate them into clear, actionable system requirements, and support delivery of high quality Treasury applications that serve mission critical federal programs.
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience. 5+ years’ relevant experience performing Business Systems Analyst activities Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills for a hybrid workforce Discipline to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity with a generalist mindset Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, performing current state system analysis mapping, and design Experience with Agile/Scrum iterative product development Experience with testing applications including functional, user acceptance, system and integration, accessibility testing Treasury or related finance experience preferred Experience using Confluence and JIRA Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower pay grade or salary US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency Travel (up to 15%)
Salary: $110,800-$144,100
