Frank Winston Crum Insurance (FWCI) is seeking a Sr. Business Solutions Analyst to partner with Business and Technology teams.

You will own end-to-end analysis for major programs, shaping goals into value, designing discovery plans, prioritizing work, and ensuring solutions deliver expected outcomes. The role requires 7–10+ years in P&C BI/BA, strong KPI usage, and ability to lead programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/technology field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive business analysis experience in P&C Insurance or equivalent.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO or equivalent preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to frame initiatives, defining value, outcomes, and metrics.
• Designs and leads the analysis approach for programs or major domains (discovery plan, stakeholder model).
• Translates strategic goals into portfolios of features, user stories, and process changes.
• Oversees UAT strategy and release readiness across programs.
• Identifies and drives enhancements to BA practices, standards, and tools.
• Demonstrates end-to-end workflows and value across multiple domains.

The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Sr. Business Solutions Analyst ! In this role, you will contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by serving as a key strategic partner to our Business and Technology teams within the Business Analyst organization. This role owns the end-to-end analysis approach for major programs or critical product domains and is a key driver of value for FWCI. The Senior BA shapes goals/needs into value, designs discovery and readiness plans, influences prioritization, and ensures that delivered solutions achieve the intended business outcomes.

1. Partner with business leaders to frame initiatives: define business value, customer outcomes, and clear success metrics tied to FWCI’s strategic goals and value map. Ensuring every decision creates genuine value.
2. Designs and leads the analysis approach for programs or major domains (discovery plan, stakeholder engagement model, artifact set, decision forums).
3. Translates strategic goals into actionable portfolios of features, user stories, and process changes, sequenced for incremental value delivery.
4. Establishes and enforce quality standards for requirements, UAT, and release readiness across assigned programs.
5. Oversees UAT strategy and execution across multiple channels, ensuring robust coverage of edge cases, integrations, and business controls.
6. Anticipates operational, data, and compliance impacts and ensure they are accounted for in design, testing, and change/adoption plans.
7. Acts as a proxy for Product Owners or business leads when needed, ensuring decisions align with value, risk, and customer impact.
8. Leads BA communities of practice, training sessions, and playbook improvements to uplift the overall discipline.
9. Identifies and drives enhancements to BA practices, standards, and tools.
10. Demonstrates the broader organizational ecosystem and end-to-end workflows, not just a single project or system.
11. Demonstrates experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
12. Knowledge across multiple domains (policy/rating, billing, portals, data/reporting) and the carrier value map.

The Attributes We Seek

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 7–10+ years of progressive business analysis experience in P&C Insurance (or equivalent), including leading large or complex initiatives.
3. Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
4. Demonstrated experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
5. CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or equivalent preferred, not required.
