Job Summary

The Senior Business Process Engineer provides strategic leadership for business process transformation, governance, value realization, and organizational capability development. This role defines standards, enables portfolio prioritization, advises leadership, and drives enterprise-scale improvements that align people, process, technology, and business value across the manufacturing organization.

Essential Duties
  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and development of an enterprise-wide value creation pipeline to ensure a healthy sustained delivery of digital transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Defining business process transformation roadmaps and prioritization methods aligned to strategic objectives for an overall healthy portfolio of improvements.
  • Lead or guide enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple functions, systems, operating models, and stakeholder groups.
  • Advise leadership on portfolio management, value-realization, investment tradeoffs, resource needs, business impact, and capability development opportunities.
  • Establish repeatable BPE methods, templates, practices, and quality expectations for process analysis, business cases, KPIs, and implementation controls.
  • Own and oversee multi-project value pipelines, cost-reduction opportunities, benefit tracking, and executive-level reporting of business outcomes. Define, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures for material flow and data flow into systems to meet business objectives.
  • Identify digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and system-integration opportunities that improve operational performance.
  • Develop capability across the team through mentoring, coaching, knowledge sharing, standards adoption, and succession planning support.
  • Resolve complex stakeholder misalignment, cross-functional conflicts, strategic ambiguity, and process ownership gaps.
  • Represent the BPE Team as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, business partners, vendors, and cross-functional transformation teams.
  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements
  • Facilitate pain-point discussions to gain clarity re: process gaps and inefficiencies
  • Ensure in compliance with customer and company proposed standard
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education
  • Basic/Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Digital Transformation, Engineering, and Process Optimization.
  • Hands‑on experience in the application of business process analysis tools including but not limited to: Current state processes analysis, current state performance and metrics, issue identification, root cause analysis, business case development, cost benefit analysis, future state design, roles and responsibilities, metrics, process control and management.
  • Deep experience leading strategic process transformation, governance, portfolio prioritization, financial justification, and value realization.
  • Advanced understanding of manufacturing systems, data flows, integrations, operating models, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, manage ambiguity, resolve cross‑functional conflict, and guide enterprise decisions.
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex technical and process topics into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to mentor others, establish standards, build organizational capability, and sustain continuous‑improvement culture.
  • Proven ability to plan and deploy business process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to apply business process principles to business solutions.
  • Ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross‑silo redundancies.
  • Proven ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business information and articulate their collective relevance to the organization.
  • Ability to develop metrics, collects data, analyze data to identify cause, measures performance against process requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively at all levels of an organization and influence others to move toward consensus.
  • Must be able to walk through out the factory extensively.
  • Must have working‑level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

  • Resilient, self‑motivated and able to work well under pressure
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

Preferred Certification(s)
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification is strongly preferred
