Cloud Software Group seeks a Sr. Business Development Manager for Financial Services (FSI) to drive partner‑led growth and joint solutions with Accenture, KPMG, and other major firms. You will recruit, engage and co‑develop go‑to‑market plans with strategic partners, translating Citrix value into client outcomes.
The role requires strong leadership, deep FSI networks, and a track record of selling through partners. Expect executive collaboration, and a hunter mentality in a dynamic market.
The BDM, FSI is an executive-level, individual contributor role within the Citrix FSI Go‑To Market organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, highly partner‑focused individual who will develop and work with Citrix’s most strategic partners to help create interest, strategy, and the drive joint solutions to our common customer base, ultimately bringing the value of the Citrix Platform to life for our FSI clients, through our most strategic partner prospects, such as Accenture and KPMG.
The BDM, FSI will serve as a skilled influencer, combining technical expertise, business acumen, and partner engagement skills, specifically in FSI. This role will report to the SVP of Global FSI and work closely with partners, Account Executives and Technology Strategists to communicate the Citrix value proposition and technology strategies that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a partner focused background, including, but not limited to previously working for or with large system integrators and consulting firms that had an FSI focus such as Accenture, EY, KPMG, to name a few. This role would be considered a “hunter” role, whereas finding and building new key contacts and relationships within this partner base would be optimal.
