Our Optical Solutions Business Unit is looking for a highly driven and motivated Sr Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing business.
This person will help advance our technologies and lead our products into market while driving revenue. This person will play a highly strategic role with new customer relationships by identifying opportunities, shaping account strategies, and influencing the product roadmap based on evolving market and customer needs. This role serves as the primary bridge between customers and internal teams, enabling successful design-wins, long-term partnerships, and market expansion through both pre-sales and post-launch engagement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
For this role, we anticipate paying $190,000 - $260,000 per year with a sales incentive plan. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
