The New Business Digital Team is responsible for development and support of new business digital platforms including quoting, illustration, tickets submission, e‑application, etc. We are seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented Sr Business Analyst to join our team where you’ll play a key role in enhancing how our competitive life insurance products are quoted, illustrated and applied for through new business cycle. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry and have a thorough understanding of Life Insurance products and regulatory environment.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
