Rockline Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business and IT teams, analyze needs, optimize processes, and deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.

You will lead requirements gathering, system enhancements, and project initiatives while supporting financial, manufacturing, and distribution functions across North American operations.

Qualifications

• It requires a bachelor's degree and strong analytical abilities.

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional liaison between IT and business users for finance, distribution, and manufacturing systems.
• Lead system design, development, enhancements, implementations, and ongoing support for assigned applications.
• Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and propose improvements.
• Participate in and lead project lifecycle activities including business cases, charters, testing, and training.
• Maintain documentation, support data integrity, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial, distribution, and manufacturing processes within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Experience with project management, systems analysis, data modeling, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
