Responsibilities

• 5+ years of business analyst experience working on data reporting applications, must have experience in the healthcare domain.
• 3+ years of experience (current within the last year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency and health insurance company.
• 9+ years of experience writing Business System and Process Change / Design Documents, including Business Requirements Documents, System Design, Training Documents, and Process Flow Charts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, and JIRA.
