As a Senior BIM Coordinator in the LSS Department, you are responsible for supporting both the department needs for BIM content organization and processes along with project execution. This is a 25/75% split between department support and project support. For the department you will maintain our library of Revit support content, maintain our Bluebeam toolbox, document department BIM and markup standards, and provide training to the department staff. For projects, you will assist the project team in providing department resources, adapt our standard BIM and markup processes for a project, and provide training to new project staff on our standard BIM protocols. You will work with the LSS Project BIM Lead to assist in project setup, review, and audits. In this role you may support multiple projects.
This position provides an opportunity to grow your knowledge of the Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks design software platforms as well as expanding your general understanding of the LSS design industry. You will support the creation of fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L) as well as 2D construction drawings. Using these software platforms you will support the creation of fully coordinated 3D models and 2D construction drawings in coordination with other designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers.

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $120,000.00; though it will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
