For our client, we are seeking a Sr Billing/AR Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will be responsible for managing complex billing and accounts receivable escalations that impact customer experience and internal operational efficiency. The consultant will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring structure to issue resolution, drive accountability, and improve underlying processes. This position also plays a key role in translating escalation patterns into actionable recommendations for leadership and driving broader process standardization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,042 – $154,350 annually
