Brown University Health is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to administer and optimize the organization’s defined contribution retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457(b)) and related financial well-being programs. The role partners with Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to ensure accurate contributions, data integrity, and compliance.
The position emphasizes analytic support, process improvements, and employee education while maintaining high service levels and regulatory adherence.
Reporting to the Manager, Benefits, the Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration, compliance, analysis, and operational support of Brown University Health's financial well-being benefit programs, with primary responsibility for defined contribution retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b) programs. This role also supports life insurance, student loan assistance, education programs, employee perks, and other financial well-being initiatives as assigned. The Senior Benefits Analyst serves as both a hands-on administrator and analytical partner, ensuring accurate day-to-day program administration while supporting projects, process improvements, system enhancements, compliance activities, and employee education efforts. This role partners closely with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
