This role also supports life insurance, student loan assistance, education programs, employee perks, and other financial well-being initiatives as assigned. The Senior Benefits Analyst serves as both a hands-on administrator and analytical partner, ensuring accurate day-to-day program administration while supporting projects, process improvements, system enhancements, compliance activities, and employee education efforts. This role partners closely with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.
