Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services for mobile and online banking channels.
• Ensure service performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts, QA, Frontend Engineers).
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and defects.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Skills

Strong understanding of web applications, web services, and networking

Solid knowledge of application scaling and interconnected system performance

Experience in Agile environments

Familiarity with sustainable coding and energy-efficient system design

Ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies

Preferred: Banking / Financial Industry domain experience

Compensation

• W2 (with 56 hours PTA): $60–$70/hour
• C2C: $70–$75/hour

Conversion to Salary Required (proof of ID must be submitted with each submittal)

Location

Hybrid (Onsite 3x/week)

Experience
