You will color-match, mix paints, sand, grind, and prepare surfaces to meet CarMax quality standards, while supporting reconditioning tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

You will follow standardized work, maintain safe work areas, and collaborate on continuous improvement with teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality vehicles for customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complete paint applications, including color matching and mixing for a quality finish.
• Execute minor repairs such as sanding and grinding to restore vehicle surfaces.
• Maintain paint preparation standards to meet CarMax quality guidelines.
• Collaborate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives with your team.
• Follow standardized work processes and maintain compliance with CarMax Paint Standards.
• Keep all equipment and tools in optimal condition, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
