Cotality, a leading property intelligence company, invites applications for an IT Infrastructure Support Associate in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for internal and client inquiries, diagnose software issues, and troubleshoot diverse environments.

Documentation and clear communication are essential to success. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.

Job Description

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• 1+ years of relevant work experience required.

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in layman's terms.

Annual Pay Range

35,600 - 40,560 USD
