Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to lead operational projects across our store network. You will partner with field teams and the Store Support Center to improve processes, optimize inventory systems, and leverage technology for efficiency and reliability.

You will build relationships, coordinate program rollouts, and coach stores on policies and best practices while developing reporting to maximize technology investments. This role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• 1–4 years retail management experience or previous operational support role.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success, data, technology, and systems.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Agilence, Reflexis, and Atlassian.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store team members, field leaders, and business partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify pain points and coordinate resolutions with SSC partners to prevent in-store issues.
• Coordinate rollouts, trainings, policy updates, and communications for multiple programs.
• Coach stores on operational policies, procedures, and best practices for store tech usage.
• Develop reporting and analyze data to maximize value from Total Wine technology investments.
• Visit stores to ensure successful store execution.

About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to support key initiatives that drive operational excellence across our stores. In this role, you will manage operational projects, inventory systems, and support company-wide initiatives that impact store operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance store performance, improve operational processes, and leverage technology solutions that increase efficiency and reliability. Acting as a key liaison between the Field/Stores and the Store Support Center, you will help ensure operational programs are implemented effectively and that store teams have the tools and support needed for success. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Store Operations.

You will

• Build relationships with Total Wine & More store team members, field leaders, and business partners to ensure successful store execution of projects.
• Understand store team member pain points and escape issues to SSC partners to develop resolutions and prevent in store customer service issues.
• Coordinate rollouts, training, operational policy updates, and communications of multiple programs and Store Operations enhancements.
• Promote and coach stores on operational policies, procedures, and best practices regarding use of store technology and systems.
• Develop reporting and analyze data to improve operations and maximize the value of Total Wine technology investments.
• Visit stores to ensure successful store execution.

You will come with
