Sr Associate Scientist - Analytical Formulation Development

Join to apply for the Sr Associate Scientist - Analytical Formulation Development role at Regeneron.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate Scientist to support analytical method development and qualification within the Formulation Development Group (FDG). This team supports all stages of R&D. The role involves developing and qualifying analytical methods to assess drug product stability from pre-clinical to commercialization stages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop analytical methods for drug products, including mABs, bispecific antibodies, ADC, fusion proteins, AAV, and RNA therapeutics.
2. Develop and qualify methods for critical quality attributes supporting formulation development, DP process development, and stability testing.
3. Prepare, author, and review analytical technical documents such as SOPs, method performance reports, transfer documents, and contribute to development reports.
4. Maintain knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments; identify and assess new analytical methods and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field with 6+ years of research experience, or MSc with 3+ years of hands-on research. Familiarity with techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, mass spectrometry, capillary and microchip electrophoresis. Experience with biophysical characterization techniques like DLS and HIAC is a plus. Project management skills and experience working with matrix teams are preferred.

Additional Information:
