This role is responsible for coordinating and leading a team for the implementation of engineering changes and releases in assigned areas, utilizing the Global Engineering Change (GEC) process within the Teamcenter engineering application. This role focuses on the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the engineering release process in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications.
Top Candidates Will Also Have Product development experience with requirements documentation, user acceptance testing and collaboration on Engineering Product Lifecycle Management projects. Have experience with both oral and written communication with engineering community clients and process partners. Knowledge of Caterpillar Engineering Standards and Specifications

Summary Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $133,810.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
