What You’ll Be Serving Up:
The Brand Social + Influencer Manager will be responsible for driving and enhancing brand relevance and consumer choice for KFC by leveraging social spaces and voices, including brand fans, creators, and influencers. The role involves planning, executing, and analyzing social and influencer content, campaigns, and community management, both organic and paid.
Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:
- Own the planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis for KFC’s social and influencer content, campaigns, and community management.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all brand social media channels in the US, including IG, FB, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage the content calendar from start to finish.
- Support the development and execution of Brand in Culture social/influencer plans in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
- Drive storytelling and maximize social impact for brand activations and cross-platform integration to engage targeted audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers across various levels, from micro to celebrity.
- Partner with IMC, Media, and Digital teams to create digital-first content supporting campaigns and programs.
- Lead real-time influencer and social media campaigns to engage with cultural, consumer, and trend conversations.
- Collaborate with media partners and platforms to identify new social opportunities and audit industry and competitors.
- Identify opportunities to establish KFC as a digital leader and develop activation plans to realize these opportunities.
- Enhance tools like the social media playbook and channel strategies to define brand voice and activation approaches.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, guidelines, and engagement rules to protect brand integrity.
- Maintain creative consistency across all paid and owned channels, integrating content ideas with strategic social initiatives to achieve business goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, New Media, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in creative account management, with experience on both brand and agency sides preferred.
- Strong social strategy, creative, and media skills; deep understanding of social platforms and cultural trends.
- 4-5 years of leading creative and digital/social agencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $104,600 to $120,365 annually + bonus eligibility. Final compensation will consider location, experience, and other factors.
