Sutherland Global in New Jersey is seeking a Sr. Assoc. Quality Analyst to help complete transaction evaluation and participate in calibration sessions.

You will define and monitor performance and service quality, communicate with clients and team members, and produce timely reports to support improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

This individual is responsible for completing all assigned transaction evaluation and attending all internal and external calibration sessions as assigned.
