The Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for driving the performance of a diverse multifamily portfolio, including financial analysis, budgeting, capital projects, compliance, and dispositions. This role reports to senior leadership and focuses on value creation, team mentorship, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio and organizational growth.
The client is a private real estate investment firm with a strong focus on multifamily housing across high-growth U.S. markets. They specialize in value-add and affordable strategies, with an emphasis on long-term portfolio performance and community impact.
Description
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day asset performance, developing and managing financial and operational business plans, and driving value through capital projects and expense management. The role also involves conducting property inspections, managing reporting and financial analyses, supporting acquisitions and dispositions, and mentoring junior team members while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
Profile
A successful candidate will have 5-7 years of direct multifamily asset management experience, with strong financial acumen and proven ability to optimize property performance through strategic planning and operational oversight. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and people management skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
