RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Asset Management Associate to join our Asset Management team, responsible for the profitable operation of wind, solar and storage assets across a >12 GW portfolio. You will work with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to optimize performance and drive cost efficiencies.
You will analyze KPIs, support budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve asset value while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations.

RWE Americas’ Asset Management team takes accountability for the commercial success of a >12 GW portfolio of renewable energy assets. Through the close collaboration with Operations & Maintenance and various Financial stakeholders, the team drives tactical and strategic initiatives optimizing the performance of all assets.

The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $95,000 - $129,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
