Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a hands-on Senior Art Director to lead high-visibility creative across social, campaigns, pitch decks, video, and brand development in a collaborative studio.

You’ll balance execution and leadership, guiding a small team, partnering with account and production teams, and presenting work directly to clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency or studio experience in art direction and creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design, campaign thinking, and social-first creative.
• Advanced pitch and deck skills with ability to outline story from business challenge to creative solution.
• Exceptional craft with clean layouts and a systems-driven approach to design.
• Experience leading creative teams while remaining actively involved in execution.
• Comfort working with regulated or highly reviewed brands.
• Practical AI fluency, including experience using AI tools in shipped creative work.
• Motion, video, and social content experience are a strong plus.

Responsibilities
