Job description

Job Description:

We are Omnissa! Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, built to support flexible, secure, work-from anywhere experiences. We integrate industry-leading solutions —including Unified Endpoint Management, Windows Modern Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance— into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. Our platform boosts employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost. Guided by our Core Values—Act in Alignment, Build Trust, Foster Inclusiveness, Drive Efficiency, and Maximize Customer Value— we’re growing rapidly and committed to delivering meaningful impact. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of work, we’d love to hear from you.

What is the opportunity?

At Omnissa, we are committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and secure hiring process for all candidates. As part of this approach, we use standard interview and verification practices designed to ensure alignment and protect both candidates and the organization. These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and champion the adoption of solutions purchased by our most important and largest customers daily.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to create an architectural design for compute infrastructure planning (private and public cloud), recommend and plan configurations, validate deployment, enhance operations strategy, and increase user adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, developing intimate knowledge of their business and strategic goals, and use your in-depth knowledge of the Omnissa Workspace ONE Platform to work with customers on building successful implementation and adoption roadmaps and driving the vision to completion.
  • Deliver secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Workspace ONE while being part of a team of overachievers, highly successful individuals.
  • During your first month, work with a mentor and peers to gain familiarity with internal processes and customer engagements.
  • In the first three months, take full ownership of business outcomes, lead technical project teams, and account for all project deliverables, further developing leadership, technical, and business process skills.
  • Transition into one or many customer engagements, depending on business needs, leading implementation and adoption activities of Omnissa Workspace ONE solutions for customers.
What will you bring to Omnissa?

This is a consulting position where you will be using technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills. You will work directly with our customers and other Omnissa employees on the day‑to‑day activities involved with the post‑sales implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE. You will articulate solution designs, integrating both technical and business concepts, and present a transformational journey to project stakeholders. Your goal is to lead the customers through their journey to successfully adopt our platforms for their end users. You will manage customer expectations and work with Project Managers to create project plans with realistic workstream timelines. You will interact with various customers’ teams, from technical engineers and system administrators to business leaders and executives. Those teams often don’t work so closely together, and it’s on you to help them come together. You will communicate effectively to all audiences—this is key to the success of your projects. We can’t improve without continuously evolving our methodologies, tools, and services. We will count on you to challenge existing delivery processes and identify customer trends in end‑user computing to assist in developing go‑to‑market strategies and new or revised services offerings. You will be successful even faster if you have knowledge of other adjacent technologies such as Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and SCCM, Okta, EntraID, as well as in depth knowledge of operating systems management for Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, and Android.

Location & Travel
  • Location: United States
  • Location Type: REMOTE / HYBRID for Atlanta residents
  • Travel Expectations: As needed depending on customer demand. Usually, we experience low travel needs (less than 3 times per quarter). Most travel will be two to four days out of the week.
