Abbott Laboratories in Madison, WI is seeking a SAP Senior Application Analyst to design, configure, upgrade and enhance SAP platforms. You will serve as a primary contact for end-users, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendor staff to deliver reliable system changes.
The role requires 5+ years in developing or configuring technology solutions, a Bachelor's or GED with 4 years, and ability to work in a cross-functional matrix.
Position Overview The SAP Senior Application Analyst will work on business systems design and configuration, as well as upgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for SAP application end-users, the Senior SAP Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Senior Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. The Senior Application Analyst will act as a mentor to junior analysts on the team, support questions, and may delegate activities to other analysts.

Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
