Kenco Logistics seeks a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead WMS/LMS implementations across our site network. You will translate business needs into functional configurations, coordinate design and testing, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
Qualified candidates bring 6–8 years in project management with WMS/LMS experience, strong SQL skills, and proven ability to collaborate with ERP providers and clients to achieve seamless deployments.

The Senior Application Launch Manager will successfully lead projects implementing Kenco’s Warehouse Management (WMS) from a functional and technical perspective across our network of sites. The position will address business needs with systems related to Kenco’s platform, serving the warehousing / logistics industry as we complete the initial implementation at our operational sites. This position should be comfortable with collaborative approach to project management and be willing to work toward consensus, agreement/alignment.
Independently leads the coordination of all project activities during the life of a project; including but not limited to, design, implementation planning and execution; scheduling kickoff meetings; requirements gathering; analysis; build, testing and launch; vendor liaise; customer liaise; development and maintenance of product documentation; development and maintenance of product training materials; troubleshooting; and Level 3 production support. Writes the business requirement documentation for configuration, customizations and integrations as well as develops those documented customizations for the WMS, Labor Management Systems (LMS) or Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). Launch projects on time in accordance with the agreed upon timing for accessory development and ability to predict project delays to ensure an on-time launch. Leading client consulting engagements with project scoping, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop communication plan, including project status reporting, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Effectively, in concert with project team members, assemble and manage risk, including mitigation planning. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Prepare necessary artifacts for project closure turnover to production support and oversee successful turnover. Assist management to define best practices for project management. Submit and recommend post-launch budget changes where necessary. Cost control, invoicing and budget reconciliation Tracks the progress of all departments’ activities and reports status to management and related departments. Follow a data map, functional processes and technical processes to ensure that the system performs as expected, ability to design a test plan Provide mentorship for junior level resources assigned to the project. Perform other duties as assigned.
This position is expected to travel approximately 25% - 50%. A passport is not required, but recommended.
