Job summary

Alight Solutions seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and support analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions that drive business and client decision‑making. This role blends business intelligence, data engineering, automation, and AI technologies to deliver scalable, reliable insights.

You will partner across business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• SQL skills and experience using Python for analytics or automation.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum: 110,000.00 USD

Maximum: 160,000.00 USD
