Job summary

Yum! Brands in Plano, TX is seeking an Operations Sr. Analyst to support cross-functional programs through reporting, financial analysis, tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

You will attend the Plano office three days per week (Tue–Thu) and drive project performance, manage key deliverables, maintain data integrity, and provide timely insights for decision-making.

Salary range is $89,300 to $100,000 with bonus eligibility; final pay will reflect location, experience, and other factors.

About the Job:

The Operations Sr. Analyst supports the effective execution of complex, cross-functional programs through reporting, financial analysis, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. In this role you will support the Program Office team by monitoring project performance, managing key deliverables and dependencies, maintaining data integrity, and providing timely insights to support project execution and decision-making.

You will be required to attend the Plano TX office three_days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary Range:

$89,300 - $100,000 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience and other job-related factors.
