This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Global Technical Center – Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Strategic Planning and Integration team challenges the status quo and develops strategies to drive OnStar’s growth and position GM as a leader in the commercial and government sectors. We collaborate across teams to develop cohesive go-to-market strategies that generate value and explore future market opportunities.

Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Planning & Initiatives, the Sr. Analyst supports strategic initiatives and conducts in-depth financial, market, and industry analyses to accelerate retention and growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, a strong communicator, and experienced in data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic projects and serve as a resource and thought partner to stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive business cases and financial models.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with GM teams and external resources to gather data and deepen market and customer understanding.
  • Apply data analytics to guide strategy and validate hypotheses.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly through storytelling to convey actionable insights.
