Job summary

RTX is seeking a finance professional to drive cost and schedule reporting for a government-required program at our Plano, TX site. You will develop EAC estimates, report EV metrics, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to guide leadership decisions. A TS/SCI clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities include funding analysis, forecasting, and coordinating with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, timely reporting. Experience with SAP/PMX is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Understanding of EV & EAC.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance required before start date.

What You Will D o

• Drive development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables, providing critical financial insight to program leadership.
• Report Earned Value (EV) & perform detailed EV analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues.
• Partnering with various functional disciplines (Program management, Engineering, and Supply Chain).

Qualifications You Must Hav e

• Typically, requires a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Understanding of Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance (with SSBI) and ability to obtain Special Access is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefe r

• Good organizational, prioritization, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, ForProject, and PMX.
• Ability to plan tasks, provide results, & recommend solutions to management
• Working knowledge of MRP.
• Experience in detailed program data analysis.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
