Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Demand Planning professional to join the Team Demand Planning in Chicago, IL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Toronto. You will elicit and map business requirements, plan and execute UAT, and develop change management plans to support new functionality and KPI optimization.

You will lead demos, manage cross‑functional relationships, and gather user feedback to inform the roadmap. A Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years of supply chain experience are expected, with SQL knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Advanced Planning Systems/ERP or similar Supply Chain systems.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a large-scale Food & Beverage (CPG) manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Demand Planning or related Supply Chain planning roles
  • Working knowledge of SQL and AI

New Hire Base Salary Range

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
