What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Conduct ongoing audits of benefit data and enrollment processes to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Assist with vendor oversight, ensuring consistent plan administration and issue resolution
- Track and analyze benefit plan costs and utilization trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage the implementation of new benefit programs and vendor transitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or compliance, including at least 5 years as a Benefits Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. benefit laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with UKG preferred
- Proven ability to manage vendors and resolve escalated issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CEBS or similar certification
- Experience supporting M&A activity and benefits integration
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
