You’ll partner with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Innovation to shape selling stories and guide decisions that improve profitability. You will build and maintain dashboards, analyze performance, and deliver insight-led recommendations for retail customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead category insights by translating market, shopper, and category trends into growth opportunities.
• Support customer growth plans with insight-led recommendations across pricing, promotion, assortment, and shopper behavior.
• Analyze performance of category, segment, brand, and SKU to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build selling stories with data-driven, fact-based narratives to influence Sales teams.
• Turn data from syndicated and internal sources into actionable insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation to align priorities.
• Own reporting tools: dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and recurring insights.
• Manage partnerships with external data providers to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
