Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Activation Management to join the Growth Strategy & Analytics team. This high-visibility role will drive strategic initiatives across the firm, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include developing metrics, building dashboards, and enabling scalable reporting while collaborating with wealth management to accelerate opportunity identification and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data, engineering or the liberal arts.
• 3-6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or wealth management in areas that highlight: growth strategy, data & analytics, process improvement or project management.
• 3+ years' experience in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
• 3+ years' experience in wealth management, with the ability to understand the needs of financial advisors

• Develop success metrics that clearly communicate progress, risks, and impact against active strategy roadmaps and execution plans

• Create best-in-class dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials
• Develop scalable, repeatable reporting processes that elevate strategic decision-making

Requirements

Pay Range: $91,670.00 - $152,852.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
